Located in the gothic quarter of Barcelona and in front of the marina, close to the Ramblas, in a historic building of the mid 19th century. The hotel has been remodelled to adapt the advanced technology to the flavour, tradition and hospitality which makes it an example of the personalised service every customer deserves.
This small boutique hotel -- popular with honeymooners -- is across the road from the harbor of Port Vell, and the rooftop terrace and small plunge pool with Jacuzzi have splendid views of the pleasure and party boats that dock here year-round. Many of the Art Deco features of the 19th-century palace the hotel occupies have been preserved and mixed with elements of modern style to ensure maximum comfort. Communal areas include a stylish living room with deep, cream-colored sofas and a smart Mediterranean restaurant with original marble tiles. The bedrooms have an intimate, romantic feel and all have well-equipped bathrooms with tub/shower combos. If you're used to American-style bedrooms, however, they might seem a little cramped (especially those at the back). It's worth paying the extra money to get a front-facing room with views of the harbor.
