This Pyrenees accommodation .com is owned and operated by Tourism interactive .com s.l. (LTD). When making reservations using pyrenees accommodation .com, you agree to the Terms and Conditions stated on these pages. Additionally, you will be asked to agree to terms and conditions for bookings of specific products offered on this web site.

Insurance
It is the traveller's responsibility to obtain, at his/hers own expense, a travel insurance at the time of booking. Tourism interactive .com s.l. (LTD) does not take responsibility for uninsured travellers, their health problems, unforeseen circumstances that travellers may incur, or damaged or lost baggage.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
Our Hotels require prepayment. Your credit card will be debited before your arrival. The charge will be in Euro currency and your bill will state the name of the Hotel you booked. The total charge includes all room charges and taxes, as well as fees for access and booking. Any incidental charges such as parking, phone calls and room service will be handled directly between you and the property. Your reservation is guaranteed for late arrival.

Payment for your reservation should be made before the date indicated in the confirmation e-mail sent by Tourism interactive .com s.l. (LTD). If payments are not received within the specified period, Tourism interactive .com s.l. (LTD) reserves the right to cancel your reservation and apply penalties.

In the event of cancellation of a traveller's trip, Tourism interactive .com s.l. (LTD) should be notified immediately. Once you have paid for your reservation, the following cancellation policy applies:

If you cancel the reservation 15 days before your intended arrival date, we will refund you the total amount that you paid for your reservation after the deduction of any corresponding bank/credit card fees.

If you cancel the reservation within the period from 15 days to 72 hours of the date of arrival, we will refund you the total amount that you paid for the reservation, minus the amount of the first night of your intended stay for no-show charges.

When cancellations are made within 72 hours or less of the date of arrival, the full payment will be forfeited.

Charges are billed as per the date the cancellation is received by Tourism interactive .com s.l. (LTD) and are applicable on all products booked. Cancellation requests are required in writing by post, fax or email. Refunds will be credited to your credit card within 48 hours after receiving your cancellation.

Changes Requested by the Client
Any change requested by the client is subject to the cancellation penalty. We will refund you the total amount that you paid for your reservation after the deduction of any corresponding bank/credit card fees.

All changes are subject to the rates of the new products booked as per the original date of reservation. If a reservation is changed more than once then Tourism interactive .com reserves the right to increase the administration fees.

Indicated Pricing
All rates are in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated. Tourism interactive .com s.l. (LTD) reserves the right to change published prices without notice or to pass on government imposed taxes, transportation related fees or surcharges including but not limited to those for fuel price fluctuations and currency surcharges to the travellers. In the event that Tourism interactive .com s.l. (LTD) decreases pricing, the revised rates are valid on new bookings only. Previously reduced rates may increase without notice, and is valid on new bookings only.

Documentation
It is the traveller's responsibility to obtain, at his/her own expense, all documentation required by the relevant authorities. Customs, airlines and immigration officials may deny a traveller's entry in or exit from their country for any circumstances. Tourism interactive .com cannot be held responsible and will not refund any money. It is also the traveller's responsibility to obtain the relevant information for travelling included but not limited to schedules, airlines and hotels.

Hotel Service
The quality of the hotels has been rated in accordance with the normal standard of the destination. Service may be interrupted at any time for renovations, maintenance, or construction. Tourism interactive .com s.l. (LTD) is an intermediary and cannot be held responsible for quality or interruptions of service.

Brochure Description and Representation
All information and pictures contained in our brochure have been checked for accuracy. However, since these are descriptive only, Tourism interactive .com s.l. (LTD) cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen changes or loss of enjoyment. All photographs of the hotels are published as illustrations of the property only. Most hotels offer variations of rooms with differences in decor, size and location.

Force Majeure
Tourism interactive .com s.l. (LTD) cannot be held liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment, of any nature or kind whatsoever, to the traveller and/or travelling companions or group members, resulting from events beyond Tourism interactive .com s.l. (LTD)'s or a supplier's control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lockouts or other labour disputes or disruptions, wars, blockades, insurrections, riots, earthquakes, weather conditions, floods, or acts or restraints imposed by government authorities.

Unused Tour Services & Activities
Tourism interactive .com s.l. (LTD) is not responsible for any unused portions of your trip or tour services and will not refund any money. Failure to redeem the tour components as per the pre-arranged times may result in the loss of that tour component and no money will be refunded. We cannot be held responsible for any activities or optional tours sold locally as Tourism interactive .com s.l. (LTD) does not operate these services.

Hotel Overbooking
In the event that a hotel refuses to honour your reservation, tourism interactive .com s.l. (LTD)'s only responsibility will be to relocate the passengers in other hotels of the same category or superior accommodations without compensation of any kind. Tourism interactive .com s.l. (LTD) cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience resulting from this change.

Special Requests
Tourism interactive .com cannot be held responsible for any requests not honoured such as but not limited to sea view, special meals, bedding. The hotel or airline may levy possible surcharges. Tourism interactive .com s.l. (LTD) will not confirm any requests before departure.

Hotel Check In And Out
All hotels have assigned check in and out times. It is possible that your hotel room will not be ready when you arrive. The hotel may require you to vacate the room earlier than your scheduled departure.

Specials
All applicable promotions must be reserved or requested at time of booking. For promotions such as but not limited to Honeymoon Special, proof of eligibility is required upon check-in.

Disabled Passengers
A disabled traveller must provide a doctor's certificate authorising ability to travel. Tourism interactive .com s.l. (LTD) is not responsible for the provision of any special requirements by persons who are either physically or mentally disabled. Many hotels are not equipped to handle disabled passengers, as a result, travel to these properties will be at the traveler's own risk.

Traveller's Responsibilities
The traveller agrees to adhere to the rules and laws of the country he/she is visiting. Should the traveller conduct him/herself in a manner threatening to the supplier and/or other passenger(s), the supplier has the right to refuse service or expel him/her from the hotel. In this event, the traveller is responsible for all costs and no refund will be issued for any unused portions.

Tour Operator Responsibilities
Tourism interactive .com s.l. (LTD) makes arrangements with independent companies and is not responsible for any acts or omissions on their behalf. Tourism interactive .com s.l. (LTD) shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury whether physical or mental, or to property, resulting from any delay, substitution or deficiency of quality of equipment or service, or any act, omission, negligence or commission of any party supplying any of the services or accommodation herein. We reserve the right to refuse any booking and refuse any passenger as a member of these tours at any time.
No representative of any company is authorised to change or override the contract once a reservation is booked.

Tourism interactive .com s.l. (LTD) assumes no responsibility for illness or inconvenience resulting from the service provided or omitted at the destination.

Privacy
Tourism interactive .com s.l. (LTD) does not transmit to unrelated third parties the personal information you submit on this site when registering or making reservations. However, you must agree that Tourism interactive .com may share your personal information with service providers such as hotels that are directly related to your reservations requests. You must also agree that Tourism interactive .com.com s.l. (LTD) may from time to time contact you by e-mail for purposes related to your reservations, use of this site and related matters, unless you specifically decline such contact through an appropriate e-mail message.

Ownership
This web site and the entirety of its contents, including design, texts, images, the registered trademarks Pyrenees accommodation .com, and the tourism interactive .com, are the property of Tourism interactive .com s.l. (LTD). No portion of this site may be modified, transferred, published, reproduced or sold without the express written permission of Tourism interactive .com s.l. (LTD).
